The Structure & Benefits of The Danish Diversity Council

The Danish Diversity Council aims to address the various issues which, when combined in one professional and strategic platform, will begin to make a significant difference, in terms of getting more women into top leadership positions in Denmark. The main corporate diversity strategies will be discussed in The DDC CEO Committee twice a year, with the Heads of HR present. The three HR workshops a year are intended to develop research and create specific tools. Additionally, suggestions will be put forward to the relevant political circles, in order to strive to jointly improve the all-round conditions to reach gender parity.
