What is The Fast-Track Program?

The Fast-Track Program is an immersive one-week leadership development experience. Running since 2019, it enables managers in their early career to be successful in their first major management role by learning tools and techniques to lead themselves and their teams more effectively. Placing maximum responsibility with participants to own their own learning builds confidence, motivation and autonomy.

The objective of Fast-Track is to broaden the horizons of the participants and deepen their knowledge across five domains: society, organizations, customers, teams and self. The impact of this approach results in developing better managers and more confident and self-assured people.

The learning journey includes workshops, games, facilitation, peer-to-peer group work, accelerated learning practice, guest speakers, role plays and simulations. It is taught in English by international faculty.

The Fast-Track Program is designed for female talents who:

  • Are early-career high-potentials
  • Have 3 to 5 years functional experience
