An innovative and tailored Future-Ready Leadership Program

The Future-Ready Leadership Program builds senior leadership capability by developing the competences essential to be competitive in 2020 and beyond: cultural intelligence & diversity leadership; sustainability & the paradigm shift in corporate strategizing; digitalisation & leading transformational change.

The high-impact program delivers deep innovation concepts during two modules of three days, taking place respectively in Copenhagen and Madrid, at the prestigious IE Business School. It has been tailor-made for senior leaders with 7+ years of management experience.

Why is this program so impactful?

  • Participants benefit from a cross-industry experience, learning and sharing with fellow participants from the senior management teams of leading companies.
  • An Academic Director manages the leadership journey to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
  • Each module is delivered with a Financial Times journalist and international professors from IE Business School, London Business School and Cambridge University.
  • The blended methodology is composed of: think tanks, facilitated workshops, VR simulations, cross-industry peer groups, site visits, networking, leadership dilemmas, learning journal and online adaptive learning.
  • It provides a common foundation for leaders - implementing business value strategies, leading change for competitive performance, key influence skills, cultural dynamics and awareness of diversity and inclusion as leaders.
  • The face-to-face modules take place in the dynamic capitals of Copenhagen and Madrid, ensuring greater networking opportunities and deepening the learning experience.
  • Alongside the modules, the program also includes a pre-program online adaptive learning tool from Area9 and intermodular activities to embed on-the-job application and support participants to develop their knowledge about why unconscious bias is relevant at work.
