This intensive five-day program has been purposefully designed for emerging managers, offering a structured forum for learning, introspection, cross-industry knowledge-sharing, and future planning. This program brings together high-potential women from diverse sectors and organizations to facilitate cross-industry networking and learning.
Throughout the week, participants take part in sessions focused on managing teams effectively, cultivating a growth mindset, communicating with impact, fostering psychological safety, driving innovation and more. The sessions are designed to equip participants with practical tools and evidence-based frameworks to enhance their management capability – empowering them to lead themselves and their teams more effectively.
