3RD MAY 2027 AT VILLA COPENHAGEN

The Visionary Summit

Bringing together CEOs, senior leaders, CHROs and innovative thinkers to explore people-centred leadership and future-ready business.

About the Summit

The Visionary Summit, by Above & Beyond, part of AVT Business School (AVT stands for Association of Visionary Thinkers), is the evolution of the Womenomics Global Summit, one of Scandinavia's most celebrated annual business events, convening global leaders, bold thinkers and trailblazing organisations since 2014.  Built on a decade of championing human potential and inclusive leadership as drivers of business performance, the summit has grown into a flagship platform for the conversations that matter most to leaders navigating a rapidly changing world.

Voices from the Summit

Peter Brown

AI fluency is not just about using AI to do something faster, it is about redesigning the nature of work, and that is something we need to learn. AI adoption is a human issue, not a tech issue.

Nathan Furr

If we look back through history at the great companies and people we admire, much of their greatness was formed by crisis. As a leader, you can become paralysed by uncertainty. Or you can tell yourself that this is your defining moment — the moment where you leave a mark.

Ellen Ochoa

What I experience profoundly, and more of each flight, is the power of a team – a team of talented and motivated people who bring a diversity of perspectives and backgrounds to a mission that is important, challenging, and rewarding with far-reaching benefits. It has formed my conviction that there is nothing that people can't achieve when they work together for a common goal.
